This site collects one thing: your email address, if you choose to provide it.

That email is stored by SendFox, an email service provider, and is used solely to notify you when new episodes of Ninety-Four are released. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from active sending lists.

What we don't collect

• We do not collect your name unless you provide it in correspondence.
• We do not collect payment information; the site does not currently sell anything.
• We do not sell, trade, or share your email address with anyone outside the operations of this site.

Analytics

This site uses analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (which pages are read, where readers come from). Analytics data is anonymized and does not identify individual visitors. See our Cookies page for details.

Data retention

Email addresses are retained as long as you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, your address is removed from active sending lists within 30 days; backup retention by SendFox follows their own policy.

You can request access to or deletion of your subscription data by emailing privacy@silasdray.com. (Note: this contact channel is monitored on a best-effort basis.)

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with the date below. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers in a regular email.
